After 8 weeks My finger is now slightly down like this. Should I continue to wear the splint?
@@HamzaKağnici if it feels somewhat normal than just wear that splint at night don’t do anything crazy with your hand. You have to slowly start moving a finger takes time.
@@HamzaKağnici I can’t believe this was seven years ago wow
@@desert-walkerIt is slightly tilted downwards and there is swelling on it. I can move it with my finger. So I don't need to wear the splint then.?
@@desert-walkerYes, it's been exactly 7 years) Is your finger completely straight now?
@@desert-walkerA very bad injury. It ruins one's psychology. Get well soon.
Wow! Very interesting bridge Desert Walker! What's the name of the road under it? Thanks 😎👍
@@Twobarpsi Broadway
Interesting design of the bridge
Neat, Interesting concept for a Bridge..
Love tucson az my hometown
Rattlesnake Bridge in Tucson, Arizona, in the United States, is a 280-foot (85 m)-long footbridge over Broadway Boulevard between Iron Horse Park and Aviation Bikeway.[1] Designed for the use of pedestrians and cyclists, the crossing is also called Diamondback Bridge or Snake Bridge and looks like one of the area's endemic rattlesnakes.[2] An artist named Simon Donovan designed the bridge, which cost $2.5 million to build in 2002.[2] The snake's eyes originally lit up at night, and the south end of the bridge has a huge rattle that makes a sound as travelers exit.[2] The interior of the bridge is lit at night.[3] The bridge won a design award from the U.S. Federal Highway Administration.
You really dodged a bullet, that boat was really close.
I seen those electric bicycles have someting that shows how low the battery is.
@@lewisedison4181 the batt has that
Do the stabilisers help stop tipping over
Yes absolutely
Nice trip to the lake Desert Walker! Glad the kayak is working out. Looks like the battery was strong enough to tow both you and Lisa back! You have a good energy with animals, I've seen it before. That duck knew you were a good person. 82F? OMG we might see that around late May!
It’s a 30 amp battery as long as I’m staying on low speed. It will do the job probably should get two batteries but running out of room in the kayak.😮
82 F is really a nice temperature ... over here it is frosty in the morning ... so I wished to have 82 F instead of freezing my butt off, haha. The lake is also a very nice scenery. Cute little coot - your new friend, hehe. Our coots over here are rarely getting close to human.
For some reason on this lake, they come close to people I think because they’ve been getting fed. I had one jump up on the boat, jump up on my arm and one of my older videos.
@@desert-walker Our Euroean Coots over here do fear human even if you feed them. Same about the ducks - only the very young ducklings have no fear. Oh and well, the big swans of course also no fear but they can also give nasty bites. So they know who sits on the trigger, lol.
Great 😊
interesting video thanks,I read there is a Norovirus is very contagious going around,be carefull.
They must grow eyes in the back of their heads
For people just watching this months and years later this place has been wiped out finally they demolished it. It’s been there for years and years, but now it’s gone.😮
You were in the land of the giants.
Did you find any Lucky Charms there? They're magically delicious 😂😂😂
Love seeing the desert in the winter. The cactus I have at home (it's 35 years old and is one of my prized possessions) turns red in the winter. I read that some cacti will turn red when their is either too much or too little sunlight. So that's probably what you are seeing Desert Walker!
The ritual location reminds me about DC's (dagocleo / Bernie) when he is walking to the forest nearby - there is also a location where people do rituals. And it's in every year at the same place again.
@@BFDdrives oh wow I didn’t notice was you so that’s your new channel cool
@@desert-walker BattlefieldDoktor drives ;-)
Why is that Satanic? It looks pretty cool to me. Cool spot to relax and meditate on the power and beauty of nature. Looks like something a peyote eater would do.
Glad we got rain bro
Wow, two hours later we got home. It’s pouring rain here. Definitely need the rain.😎🌵
nice hike hi ho the mary o
Have you been to Romero ruins at Catalina state park? There's Hokum ruins there.
@@balsamicvinegar5789 yes I was actually pretty close to it in this video. Been there many times.
I really like this area, has a real western look
Nice hike. I can tell you are really enjoying the cooler weather 😎
That cactus at 5:16 must really be very heavy. Nature can create some crazy stuff.
A lot of Animal tracks in the washes. They definitely had plenty of game Animals to hunt.
I love this area. especially the mountain range. It was a bit windy but oh well.😎🌵
Beautiful! 🤩
Ever encountered nude hikers?! I'm one of them. Just a asking..
@@RichardDibble-no4jk yes not hiking, though just down by the falls
Good hike Desert Walker!! Man you better be packing with Havelinas around. Good thing they just ignored you. Some beautiful weather you're having. Send some of it east!
my dad grew up in az along time ago he said they had some small pigs there would be 12 of them and they were mean they would gang up and kill you
@@lewisedison4181 they can tear you apart, especially when they have babies around. It’s best to stay away from them.
I have seen their tracks while hiking, but I never ran into them.
Took a little trip to the Catalina’s to an area I’ve never been before quite frankly never even knew it was there, but at least we got to see some Havelina’s. I haven’t seen too many of them out in the desert, so this was a nice surprise. They seem about half size I’ve seen a lot bigger so that’s why I thought these might be younger ones, but who knows they look like they were in good shape and to be honest I did not smell them normally when you walk through their path or if they’re around, you can smell some horrible smells. I did not smell anything but thanks for watching. See you in the next one.😊
There are cougars out there too, aren't there?
By the way, that ground squirrel is the ones I see all over the place. I looked it up just to make sure because I never knew they were called Harris antelope ground squirrels, or whatever that sign said for some reason this one on the sign looked a little different but nope they’re all the same
thanks
"dead kitty" microphone protection needed~
I’ve tried using a microphone doesn’t really work and it’s too much of a hassle. I’ve tried sleeves on the phone. Still don’t work. Just have to deal with this wind every so often.
Nice closeby park! I'm up to my neck in DIY projects as well! 🍀
What started the fire
@@Julie-u4f might be lightning not sure usually lightning does that around here
Nice park for a quick and easy walk. Perfect weather for painting 😎👍
Really a nice landscape. I like especially the view fro 6:04 - so lots of flat land around and then there are these mountains coming out of nowhere.
Thanks for sharing.
You forgot evasive seeds and post-holes as far as the eye can see.
Great scenery would love to live in a Mountain Hideaway!
Every drop of water is frozen at my house and i cant see out because there is a layer of ice on the inside of all my windows We haven't seen the ground since Jan 3rd and it's snowed @ 6 times since then. -5 right now
@@Julie-u4f that’s why I’m here. Got tired of the winter, that sounds pretty bad.
Has the bend in your finger fully healed? My finger is slightly bent and has a bump on it, just like yours.
Great day for a hike! 3:10 that Saguaro ROCKS 😎🤘 !!

@@lewisedison4181 that’s kind of what I thought at first still don’t know what it is really
For those of you who are freezing your butts off, sit back and enjoy the sunshine while it lasts, it is actually very cold here at night and in the morning, but then it gets better when the sun comes out it was 51° today. I think can’t beat that.😊
It got to -7F here tonight! Coldest I've ever seen, all time record was -11F. So we are definitely not used to seeing temps this low. It rarely gets to zero. Maybe every ten years.
Great scenery and valley views 🏜️
